@quidseeker
What??? His stepmom wasn’t evil.
@crazyjunkyardhoBos His last update said he was.
I agree, Nic Sheff is so lucky to be alive and tell his story, God really loves him
Wow, Nic Sheff is and amazing writer and to know that he wrote that book even while still struggling with recovery is amazing. I just finished reading Tweak like 5 minutes ago and I really wanna read Beautiful Boy .
The commonality for all addictions is evil bitches. Evil fucking woman…to wit: Evil stepmom bitch Karen, evil junkie bitch Lauren and evil psycho junkie bitch Zelda (sorry Nic if ur reading), but they all pushed him away towards drugs or towards drugs directly….women are the source of all that is evil. Evil goddamned you!
the book was so amazing and it really effected me and i think hes great
I have both books, currently reading Tweak now. Amazing stories. Addiction is a heart-wrenching feeling to your family, friends, and most of all, yourself.
im still reading this book its very good
Nic’s a total hottie.
I hope he’s still clean. He closed down his blog. :
who else thinks nic is gorgeous? i loved his book.
Way to go Nic! Loved your book! You’re saving so many lives!
wait, is nic sober right now??? because his blog said differently but that was kind of a long time ago
tweak is my favorite book. read it.
Cried my eyes out at the end of Tweak.
After I got done reading it I sort of hoped he would go back to using and pimping and that things for him would be even more terrible for him… I guess its the schadenfreude in me.
I just finished Beutiful Boy, great book. Heartbreaking.
tweak was amaing!!..i havent got beautiful boy yet but im going to…2 YEARS GOOD JOB NIC!!!
I would definitely recommend reading both books to get more of an insight into both perspectives. They are both heart wrenching and honest and are huge eye openers for those who don’t know much of the “drug world” I guess you could say. They are the best books I have read so far about addiction because they’re not just books full of information, rather they are both personal stories in which are more understandable and relate-able. (Kudos to Nic Sheff for staying sober for over 2 years now!)
I would love to read Beautiful Boy next.
I’m reading Tweak. I love this book so much, it is so heartbreaking to read what Nic had to go through. I am so happy that he is sober now. Nice interview.
i’ve read both books. my english teacher thought i would like them she was right. i made my mom buy me tweak lol. i cant put it down.
I’m on tweak right now
and it’s soooo good he describes every part like as I were doing meth
and he’s really hot
haha
It was interesting to read from two different perspectives. I am so glad Nic is sober now, some of the things he went through were just mind-blowing and disturbing.
amazing book. my mom wouldn’t let me read tweak tho )=
this kid is crazy …im reading his book and some of this shit is mind-blowing
