Help for Nursing Home Abuse Victims/Recognizing And Reporting Cases of Nursing Home Abuse

Many of us that choose to place our loved one into a nursing home facility naturally assume that the management and workers have the residents’ well being in mind. After all, nursing homes are supposed to provide professional care for those that can’t care for themselves, right? As much as we hope Aunt Agnes will be properly cared for, too often we are let down and in some cases our worst fears are realized. Loved ones are being subjected to abuse and neglect, and it’s happening everywhere.

Nursing home staff members have been caught in the act of inflicting verbal abuse on elderly residents. Physical abuse and emotional abuse is just as widespread in American nursing homes today. Any form of nursing home abuse is inexcusable because it produces harmful effects to the nursing home resident as well as family members of the victim.

There are many signs that could show if your loved one is a victim of physical or emotional abuse at a nursing home: bumps or bruises on the body, cuts and scrapes, lacerations, burns, broken bones, changes in behavior, and mood swings.

If you observe things such as bed sores, poor hygiene and unclean conditions in the nursing home, be aware that these could be additional signs of neglect.

Nursing homes are ordered by the federal and state governments to meet specific requirements regarding the care they provide. This includes making sure an adequate number of professional employees are on hand to care for residents of the nursing home.

Unfortunately, many nursing homes will jeopardize the welfare of their elderly residents by not maintaining enough employees to provide care.

There are attorneys who can offer legal solutions if you or a loved one has experienced abuse or neglect. It is imperative that you speak with an experienced lawyer if you have questions concerning what can be done with your abuse claim. You or your loved one may be entitled to compensation for your damages or suffering.

Recognizing And Reporting Cases of Nursing Home Abuse:

Filing a complaint can be one of those propositions that tend to make people a bit nervous. Most people are not interested in getting people in trouble needlessly, and self doubt can make filing a complaint emotionally difficult if you just suspect abuse.

Abuse is unfortunately prevalent throughout the United States, and even the suspicion of abuse justifies filing a complaint. When filing a complaint in the state of Texas, there are a few requirements that are easy to follow that will make filing a complaint a smoother process and receive better attention.

The organization that receives complaints is known as D.A.D.S. This stands for the Department of Aging and Disability Services. One of their main purposes is to investigate abuse and neglect reports. It is better to report any suspected abuse, neglect, or any form of suspected mistreatment of the elderly rather than to wait until there is absolutely no doubt.

They are the professionals. Allowing them to investigate can often prove abuse or neglect of the elderly much faster, often preventing the tragedies associated with the abuse and the neglect.

The Department of Aging and Disability Services is going to require as much specific information about the suspected nursing home which you are reporting as possible, including the day, time, the specifics of the incident or incidents, and how you are aware of the suspected abuse.

They will require you to give your contact information and your name, however, this information is kept confidential by law. Once you have reported the suspect abuse or neglect to the Department of Aging and Disability Services, they will then investigate the situation to its entirety. This will include a surprise, unannounced visit to the nursing home facility.

If you have evidence of abuse, turning it over to the Department of Aging and Disability Services is in your best interest as well as the best interest of the victim. Investigating abuse or neglect on your own is not recommended.

Investigations are best handled by those with ample experience. Investigating any suspected abuse or neglect on your own is likely to simply alert those involved that you are suspicious and alter their behavior long enough to avoid a thorough investigation.

There are obvious signs of abuse that can be confusing, especially bruising. Bruising of an elderly person may be the result of abuse, but it also may be the result of normal activity, especially if the patient takes certain medications. Some medications cause easy bruising. Thus, the bruised hand print around the arm could be evidence of abuse or it may be evidence of someone simply assisting an unstable elderly person out of bed or into a wheelchair. This can be very confusing.

The Department of Aging and Disabilities Services recommend reporting your suspicions. It can often take numerous reports of abuse and neglect before any evidence is found. It is better to report an innocent situation than to ignore the potential violation. The safety and quality of life of the elderly depends on people who are willing to stand up and take a risk every now and then. There is no excuse for abuse or neglect. Those who are truly innocent of any wrongdoing will be able to prove their innocence.

When reporting suspected abuse or neglect, stay in contact with the Department of Aging and Disabilities Services to receive updates on the investigation. They may wish to speak with you on numerous occasions to validate their findings or to clarify your suspicions as the investigation continues.

In the event of abuse or neglect, it is advisable to retain a lawyer to protect the rights and interests of the victim. In most cases of abuse, there is grounds for a lawsuit. Filing lawsuits are a pertinent part of the process in bringing the perpetrators to justice as well as hold the nursing home responsible for the actions of its employees.

Substance Abuse Services and How They Can Help Addicts

Many substance abuse services provide the necessary tools to get over not only an alcohol addiction but any other type of addiction. It does not matter if you use prescriptions or street drugs; the fact is there is help available.

What Do Substance Abuse Services Include?

Twelve-step programs are very popular and have been around since the late 1930s. These programs are designed to help the substance abuser change bad habits and own up to all of his past errors that led him to the addiction. The steps are meant to be followed in a certain order and an addict can take as little or as much time as he need to complete each of the steps. There is no set time limit as long as the addict is actively following the steps.

For all types of abuse, there is a program with similar steps that allow an abuser to get over his addiction whether it is to food, shopping, gambling, or some other thing. With a 12-step program, there is reference to a higher power for the addict to draw strength from. This can be God or any other higher power he believes in and helps him to deal with the addiction in a spiritual manner. Past errors are confronted, dissected, and even resolved during treatment. There is a sponsor who, of course, will help the addict get through his addiction by guiding him through each of the 12 steps.

Substance abuse services may mean using a rehab program, detox, or some other form of assistance to get over an addiction. There are many types of services available and the hardest part may just be choosing the one that is right for you. There are programs that can meet the needs of anyone and all it takes is for the addict to do some research.

The person looking for substance abuse services will have to be able to own up to his behaviors and addiction. If the abuser needs help, there is no better way to find it than to be honest and try to be as detailed about the substance abuse as he possibly can. The more honest an addict is about his needs, the better the fit will be in the program that is recommended. Any program an addict chooses will be the right one for him because it will take care of the needs he has that are most important to him.

Nursing Home Abuse: Physical Abuse

There is absolutely no excuse for nursing home abuse. Any type of physical abuse inside a nursing home is completely despicable and requires immediate action by any family member or family friend who can help the victim.

The fastest way to resolve an abuse suspicion is by hiring a high quality, competent lawyer. Lawsuits hold these places accountable for the damage they cause, and there’s no reason that anyone should allow abuse to happen.

Suspecting abuse is grounds for reporting and hiring a lawyer. A nursing home abuse lawyer can give solid and well founded advice for protecting the victim as well as pursuing a nursing home lawsuit.

Bruises, broken bones, unclean residents, and withdrawn, depressed residents are all signs of abuse. Even just the suspicion of abuse should result in a consultation with a nursing home abuse lawyer, as it can often be disguised as resident clumsiness, or other reasonable explanations.

Reasonable explanations are not always as reasonable as they seem, especially when the resident has a family who stays involved in their care. Residents without involved family members tend to be the victims of abuse before residents with active family visits.

Nursing home lawsuits can still be filed on behalf of those without active family members, although it typically means the victim needs to be willing to testify on at least some level. Any suspicion of abuse, whether it relates directly to a family member or not, should be reported.

Too often, people are afraid to get involved and interfere, even when they know deep down that they should. It’s just like child abuse, it’s everyone’s responsibility to call for help when someone is helpless. A lawyer can discreetly meet with a resident who is being abused but has no family on their behalf. A simple phone call to a lawyer is really all it takes.

Physical abuse in a nursing home is usually obvious after only a few visits. There are only so many excuses the staff and administration can come up with for bumps, bruises, marks, broken bones, and burns before someone realizes that there is abuse written all over every bruise.

It takes so little to help the victim of abuse, even from the inside. A concerned staff member or family friend can place a phone call as easily as anyone else, and in most cases the calls can be confidential.

However, lawsuits do go much easier when there are witness testimonies and people aren’t so afraid to get involved. There really isn’t anything to be lost by getting involved in a lawsuit that is any worse than what the victim of abuse has already lost. Abuse strips away a sense of safety, dignity, the feeling of being cared for and even a sense of humanization.

Lawsuits do not have to be the only answer for an abuse victim, a lawyer can certainly help determine other avenues, however a lawsuit will typically ascertain the funds needed to remove the victim from the premises and locate safer, alternative care.

Caring for a victim takes a very gentle hand, anyone can imagine the fear of the unknown an abuse victim must face. That is why lawyers work so tirelessly and so earnestly to fight for the victim’s rights and compensation. Compensation for abuse can almost always guarantee the victim more choices than they had previously.

A high quality lawyer can file a lawsuit without jeopardizing the health and safety of the abuse victim. However, someone has to be the first to step forward and report their suspicions of abuse, regardless of whether or not they are related to the victim.

It takes a village to raise a child. It takes a community to care for the elderly. It takes just a little bit of selflessness and courage to report abuse. Ignoring abuse is almost as bad as committing it, and turning a cold shoulder to a victim is simply wrong. There is no excuse for abuse, and there is no excuse for ignoring abuse.

Nursing Home Abuse: Verbal Abuse

Verbal abuse in a nursing home is abuse, no matter which way you want to look at it. Yelling, name calling, degrading comments, and derogatory remarks all constitute abuse. There is no denying that people, whether elderly or young, can be frustrating, and we all want to yell at people from time to time. However, it’s detrimental to the sense of safety of others, and thus it classifies as nursing home abuse.

A nursing home lawsuit can be filed with the aid of a lawyer in the event of verbal abuse, whether it is witnessed or reported. Residents who have accidents or who are feisty and cantankerous are most likely to suffer from verbal abuse.

Regardless of a resident’s behavior, there is no excuse for verbally lashing out. Nobody wants to spend their time in a nursing home. We are all secretly fearful that it may one day happen to us. Would we want to be yelled at for venting our frustrations? Of course not.

Verbal abuse can be just as detrimental as physical abuse. Signs of verbal abuse include a heightened sense of sensitivity, fear, pleading with loved ones not to complain about conditions or incidents, and sudden sullen and withdrawn behaviors. Verbal abuse, even if it is simply a suspicion, should be reported equally as fast as physical abuse.

If you are by chance a witness to verbal abuse, write down exactly what you heard said and who said it, and call a nursing home abuse lawyer right away. They can guide you through the next steps and the case will most likely lead to a lawsuit. Verbal abuse dose not have to happen regularly to be reported.

If you witnessed a staff member break the arm of an elderly resident, would you hesitate to call someone for help? Why then would it be any different with verbal abuse? A nursing home lawsuit may still be just as necessary to help the victim move into a better facility. There is no behavior of a frustrated and angry elderly individual that warrants any type of abusive response from a well trained staff.

These are simple concepts, however it is remarkable how often people do not file reports about verbal abuse. Verbal nursing home abuse is still illegal and isn’t any better than pushing an old woman out of the way.

A lawyer is a good representative of fair and even guidance in the event of verbal abuse. Calling a nursing home abuse lawyer can often open up avenues and remedies and legal options that you didn’t even realize the victim would have.

That is why they recommend calling a lawyer right away. It is amazing the resources that are out there that victims of abuse are completely unaware of, and family members need to be able to step up on behalf of their loved ones. Even if you witnessed verbal nursing home abuse with another resident, do you honestly think that your loved one isn’t privy to the same treatment?

Even if they won’t admit it to you, they may very well be more comfortable telling the tales of verbal abuse to a competent and sensitive lawyer or counselor, as residents of nursing homes often feel they are already too much trouble.

However, sometimes presented with a caring lawyer or counselor, they are able to open up honestly. With their admission, a lawsuit can be filed and the facility can be held accountable for their actions. Often a lawsuit is the only thing that can hold a facility accountable for its actions. Threats are empty, as they have heard them all before. Legal action speaks much more loudly.

It can be very difficult for the victim of verbal nursing home abuse to recognize that they are the victim of abuse and that they have legal rights. A nursing home abuse lawyer can help explain this to them and help them feel more comfortable with the process. After all, they have already suffered through enough.

Victims need advocates more than anything, and as family members or friends, you are their best hope for a fair and safer life. Don’t hesitate to report verbal nursing home abuse.

Psychological Abuse

Psychological Abuse

Psychological abuse leaves the victim blaming herself and questioning her own perceptions over the behaviour of the abusive partner and it can start very insidiously.

Psychological abuse occurs when one’s feelings, thoughts, preferences, desires, needs, appearance or friendships are trivialized or made to appear inconsequential relative to the abuser’s. In other words, the abuser constructs the relationship and the world of the victim according to his terms and conditions over that of the abused and for his own gratification, which is often simply control over the abused.

To hold power over the abused, the abuser will resort to a number of tactics designed to hold her emotionally captive. To this end the abuser may lavish the abused with flattery and praise, complimenting her and making her feel remarkably indebted for the special, often overly generous attention. At the same time, the abuser may make the abused feel like she is the only person who understands him, or is special to him. Unfortunately, her significance to his well-being becomes a weapon to use against her later. If she tries to escape the relationship, he may then try to hold her emotionally hostage by positioning her as ungrateful for his special attention and hurtful to him when she is the only person in whom he can confide and gain support and understanding. Thus the grip of the abuser tightens and the abused feels guilty and/or ashamed for hurting or abandoning this fellow who has lavished her with such special attention.

If she seems to be escaping his grip, he may then resort to more sinister control strategies. He may place his well-being or his very life in her hands. He may threaten to hurt himself or even suicide if she leaves him. Thus now feeling overwhelmingly responsible for his welfare, she succumbs to his demands for an ever-exclusive relationship. He then becomes more prone to using negative and upsetting control strategies to maintain his grip, knowing that his threat of self-harm is now all that is necessary to maintain her compliance. She slowly feels her self-esteem erode. She is frightened and isolated. He has caused her to believe this is all her responsibility and the dynamics of the situation lead her to believe no one understands the uniqueness of her situation; that he is really a good person, if not for his current troubles and likely a troubled past, no fault of his own. She sinks deeper and deeper. School or work performance suffers. Depression and anxiety sets in and self-isolation escalates. She begins to feel suicidal and fully dependent upon the abuser to maintain a degraded self and he now does as he likes. He toys with her and the relationship. It can be off and on at his whim. He can cheat, lie, manipulate and steal and she is stuck with it lest her leaving give rise to his threat of self-harm.

In view of the abuse, her friends may try to warn her and may even threaten the abuser to cease his behaviour. Parents may find themselves in conflict with their daughter, recognizing her plight, but unable to convince her of the dynamics. After all, he started out so nice and he had his own issues, so he must love me underneath all of our problems and besides, I can’t leave him, because his welfare now rests on my shoulders.

Escaping such psychologically abusive clutches will likely require counselling. Counselling is aimed at helping the abused cognitively step back and process the situation, such that she may come to understand the nature of the relationship and the abuse. Further, counselling will be aimed at providing tools or strategies to help her extricate herself from the relationship even in view of the threats of harm imposed by the abuser. In other words, counselling is aimed at releasing the abused as hostage and helping her develop better boundaries to withstand the psychological manipulations of the abuser.

If your loved one or friend is in a psychologically abusive relationship and is resisting your help, then go with her to counselling. Don’t fight her as this only pits you against her and she will feel only more threatened, overwhelmed and then withdraw. Instead, seek to support her by understanding her fears the result his manipulations. In counselling, discuss your worries for her well-being without threatening her abusive relationship. She is already abused. Trying to control her more, even if truly in her interest is confrontational and may be inadvertently misconstrued as abusive and may erode an otherwise wholesome relationship.

Support, education, understanding and then the development of extrication strategies aimed at developing better boundaries is more the key to overcoming the psychologically abusive relationship.

Go gently. She has already been hurt.

Teenage Substance Abuse

About 6 months ago I realized my teenage son Jason had been drinking.  I was shocked.  I had talked with Jason about the dangers of drugs and alcohol, but came to find out he (like most teenagers) was dealing with some very adult problems.  I began to take a more active interest in what was bothering him.  This is something that I wish was done earlier, but it just didn’t occur to me that MY son could be susceptible to this.  I did a lot of research and bought a couple of really good ebooks and found out some helpful information.

Jason and other teenagers are at risk for substance abuse include those with a family history of substance abuse, who have low self-esteem, who feel hopelessly alienated, as if they don’t fit in, or who are depressed. It isn’t always easy for someone to see that a loved one is a substance abuser. So, it is always helpful to know how to recognize substance abuse. That is why it is important to due your home work so you know what to look for. I started by just typing Jason’s frustrations and symptoms into google.  It is sometimes difficult for mental health practitioners to arrive at a diagnosis of substance abuse alone. It is important as a parent that you have all the information that you can gather before you seek the help of medical professionals. Substance abuse, addiction treatment and drug and alcohol recovery and rehabilitation resources are available on the internet.   I found my information about Jason’s recovery at www.Alcoholism-DrugAddiction.blogspot.com

What are the Symptoms of Substance Abuse? First of all, if a person is a substance abuser, he is probably going to be guarding his privacy more than usual. Different substances lend themselves to different groups of symptoms.  Physical signs of substance abuse are: slurred speech, memory impairment, in coordination, and impairment of attention. There are a number of practical and empirical methods to determine substance use, among them being urine or blood testing. A dual diagnosis is given to any person who has both a substance abuse problem and an emotional or psychiatric disorder.  Keep in mind, however, that the above characteristics of a possible substance abuser could also be characteristics of a person with depression and substance abuse.
When dealing with my teen I found it helpful to talk about how the substance abuse is affecting everyone. That way they can see how it is not just their problem they have to deal with themselves.  It is important for them to know that they have support.  They may act like they don’t care but deep down behind that angry teenage exterior they really just want to know that someone cares.
Stressful events can profoundly influence the abuse of alcohol or other drugs. A number of clinical and epidemiological studies show a strong association between psychosocial stressors early in life e g , parental loss, child abuse and an increased risk for depression, anxiety, impulsive behavior, and substance abuse in adulthood.  According to Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration SAMHSA , almost 50% of the average teen day often includes drinking, smoking, or using illicit drugs. The overindulgence in and dependence on an addictive substance, especially alcohol or a narcotic drug can ruin a person’s life.  Especially if that person is young, like a teenager.  The patterns that they develop at that age carry well into adulthood.
Researchers have long recognized the strong correlation between stress and substance abuse, particularly in prompting relapse. Although exposure to stress is a common occurrence for many teenagers it is also one of the most powerful triggers for relapse to substance abuse in addicted individuals.  This is why treating a substance abuse problem is not just a one time thing.  If your child has unfortunately developed an addiction it must be delt with to the fullest.  Just confiscating their beer and telling them not to do it again isn’t going to be enough.  You have to be their back-up in the war on stress and peer pressure.  YOU have to make them understand what you already know.  However, this must be done in a democratic and fair manner.  You must make them understand that it is not their fault, but it is a reality that must be delt with and they are going to have to act like a mature adult in order to solve this problem.
We all must focus on restoring teenagers emotional well-being, develop healthy ways to manage stress, and avoid them turning to drugs or other substances to escape stressful realities of the day.  If the problem is too big to deal with then t may be time to seek professional help.  I do however recommend being VERY well informed before this.  The more that you know and can help the professionals with the faster your teens road to recovery.  Jason is doing well now, his grades are up and we have our daily “meetings,” so I know exactly what I can help him with.
In drug abuse education course, teenagers  receive information about alcohol and drugs and the physical, social, and psychological impact of abusing these substances. Some teen substances abused are: alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, cocaine, opiates, “club drugs” ecstasy, etc stimulants, hallucinogens, inhalants, prescription drugs, and steroids. Drug and substance abuse among teenagers, is substantial and growing!   The consequences of teenage substance abuse can be catastrophic not just to their social life and emotional development, but physically as well.  Heart dieses, Cancer, and Brain Damage just to name a few.  In addition to its direct health effects, officials associate alcohol abuse with nearly half of all fatal motor vehicle accidents.  If a teenage addiction goes on un checked they WILL end up in jail, on the streets, or even worse DEAD!  I pray that all parents out there take an active roll in their children’s lives and stop these atrocities from beginning before they are a problem, but if it must be taken care of you are the first one that must be informed.  To get some of the  most crucial information check out www.Alcoholism-DrugAddiction.blogspot.com

I want all the people out there to benefit from my experience, and not make the same mistakes I did.

UK Police not wearing ID so they can abuse the law and not be identified

Police in uniform by law have to have an ID number and the public have the right to be able to identify any uniformed police officer and so badges should be worn at all times. Two female protesters who challenged police officers for not displaying their badge numbers were bundled to the ground, arrested and held in prison for four days, according to an official complaint lodged today. The incident was caught on camera, and footage shows officers standing on the women’s feet and applying pressure to their necks immediately after the women attempted to photograph a fellow officer who had refused to give his badge number. The images are likely to fuel concern over the policing of protests, which is already subject to a review by the national police inspectorate and two parliamentary inquiries after the G20 demonstrations and the death of Ian Tomlinson. Val Swain, 43, and Emily Apple, 33, both mothers with young children, believe they were deliberately targeted for arrest at last year’s climate camp demonstration in Kent because they campaign for Fit Watch, a protest group that opposes police surveillance at demonstrations. The pair were remanded to a women’s prison for four days and released only after the demonstration against the Kingsnorth power station had finished. They believe their treatment is symptomatic of the increasingly aggressive approach taken by police at political demonstrations. Their arrests were captured on police surveillance footage obtained by the

“Married To The Enemy” A Joe Jonas Abuse Story Chapter 15 part 2 Marathon (5/10)

Marathon (5/10) #45 – Most Discussed (Today)) – Entertainment – Ireland #51 – Top Rated (Today)) – Entertainment – Ireland (21/4/2010) Evy’s POV The executives loved it and I have to say… I had never felt so free in my entire life. Being on stage was the most amazing feeling, I wasnt even nervous. Shane was completely blown away, While the executives talked to the boys I made my way to Shane, who took me in his arms to second I reached him. That was… Amazing he pressed his cheek against mine. I closed my eyes, smiled and breathed in his scent. When did you right that? I turned when I heard Joes voice. I didnt know how to answer, I started to stutter. Shane rubbed my back to comfort me, it gave me the strength I needed. I wrote it… I wrote it after the second time I caught you cheating Joes eyes widened…in guilt. I thought of Shane and realised how different my life would have been if… if I hadnt left him, I’d missed him. Joe didnt say anything, he just turned and left, making his way back to the stage. He didnt speak to me the rest of the day, I was kind of thankful for that because I was feeling guilty for telling him that, why I should feel guilty, I dont know. I spent the next few days getting my songs ready, Nick and Kevin helped me, and so did Demi and Miley. It was great to be with them again, I missed them terribly. We spent the whole week rehearsing and recording, I was exhausted. Shane was the only who could get me to slow down; I was so happy he was

What is abuse, in denial – domestic violence

I was in denial I was being abused. I internalized the things my abuser was saying. An internal war ensued where I questioned my worth but on the outside I was articulate and independent. Shelters need to do more in the community to educate women about abuse.

Surgical Abuse of Intersex Child

How do we know the correct gender of a child with an intersex condition? We won’t know the child’s gender until she or he is old enough to communicate to us. We recommend that the child be assigned a gender based on our best prediction, and allow her or him to determine for herself or himself once she or he is old enough to do so. Irreversible surgeries on infants should be avoided in order to give them the widest range of choices when they are older. Performing surgeries will not eliminate the possibility that our prediction turns out to be wrong. Learn more about the intersex rights movement: www.isna.org What is intersex? Technically, intersex is defined as “congenital anomaly of the reproductive and sexual system.” Intersex people are born with external genitalia, internal reproductive organs, and/or endocrine system that are different from most other people. There is no single “intersex body”; it encompasses a wide variety of conditions that do not have anything in common except that they are deemed “abnormal” by the society. What makes intersex people similar is their experiences of medicalization, not biology. Generally speaking, intersex is not an identity category. While some intersex people do reclaim “intersex” as part of their identity, most regard it as a medical condition, or just a unique physical state. Most intersex people identify and live as ordinary men and women, and are gay, lesbian, bisexual, or straight. Intersex conditions are also known as

MUST WATCH: FIRST SUCCESSFUL Corp Solo w/o using a Bug Abuse!

First person to successfully killing Corporeal Beast (level 785). Enjoy! I’ve now soloed it ~200 times total. Best loot: ARCANE SIGIL! Worst drop: Uncuts (2 sapphires) I tested whip + defender vs zs, bandos vs black d hide and brews + rests vs food + pray pots which was 2 testing runs. Then I did a real run and successfully killed it. :) I’ve tried alot of different weapons and have found out that corporeal beast REMOVE some damage from slash and crush attacks (maybe ranged and magic attacks too). You can try it yourself. Whip will never hit over 20. I didn’t have alot of songs so I took the ones I had. Sorry if you don’t like it =/ 1. Blow me away 2. Ravens Fantasy 3. Azja Pryor talks about Michael Jackson being FALSELY ACCUSED of child abuse and gives reasons why

Azja Pryor is the ex-gf of Chris Tucker and mother to his son. Chris is a good friend of Michael Jackson’s. She recently wrote an open letter to the boy and family that accused Michael Jackson of child molestation during his 2005 trial. Azja Pryor and Chris Tucker knew this boy and family very well and took the stand to defend Michael during the trial. She is speaking out for the boy and the family to tell the TRUTH and exonerate Michael’s name and legacy from such heinous accusations. *No copyright infringement intended. I do not own this clip. Azja Pryor’s OPEN LETTER TO A MICHAEL JACKSON ACCUSER (THE ARVIZO FAMILY): Subpoenaed by the defense in 2005, Azja Pryor writes to Jackson’s 2nd accuser: Dear Gavin, Star, Davellin, and Janet: After Michael’s tragic death last week, I have to say that all the negative feelings I’ve had towards your family following the outrageous claims made by you Gavin and your mother Janet–against Michael–came back to me tenfold. The pain, disappointment, anger, and betrayal I feel towards you simply cannot be put into words. You have shown me that your greed, lies, and personal gain override any morals your family claims to have; and you have proven yourselves to be the kind of people capable of turning your back on the very person who came to your rescue when you were most desperate. The fact that you falsely accused Michael of the most heinous of acts, and made his life a living hell in what would become his last years is unthinkable; and

ProtonJon’s “What Not To Do” Hack – Coin Block Abuse!

“The level’s made to be bad on purpose. It’s just meant to show how ridiculous overuse of invisible coin blocks can become. So please, stop using them and come up with new ideas for crying out loud!” – ProtonJon (www.youtube.com This is more or less the video that got me hooked into making videos leaning towards ROM hacks. ProtonJon had finally gotten so mad from playing ROM hacks sent in from people that abused invisible coin blocks, so he made a level completely devoted to them.
